Bagshot FC will unveil its new home kit on 10th October, introducing a striking identity inspired by the heritage, landscape and royal history of the village.
The new shirt establishes yellow and royal blue as Bagshot FC’s distinguished home colours, giving the club a recognisable look with genuine meaning behind it.
Royal blue reflects Bagshot’s extraordinary relationship with the Crown. For centuries, the surrounding countryside formed part of the historic royal hunting landscape, with Bagshot Park becoming closely associated with successive generations of the Royal Family. The present house was commissioned during Queen Victoria’s reign for her son, Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught, continuing an association that remains part of the area’s identity today.
Yellow tells a different chapter of the story.
It captures the golden character of Bagshot’s historic heathland, where gorse has long brought vivid yellow flowers to the surrounding landscape. The colour can also symbolise optimism, energy and ambition — fitting qualities for a football club looking confidently towards its future.
There is something particularly appropriate about bringing these two shades together. Royal blue represents Bagshot’s regal heritage; yellow draws inspiration from the land on which the community grew.
The result is more than a change of kit. It is an opportunity to create a visual identity that belongs unmistakably to Bagshot — connecting the badge, the players and the community with the place they represent.
On 10th October, Bagshot FC will proudly reveal that identity.
Born from our history. Inspired by our home. Worn for Bagshot.
