Jaemie arrives at Bagshot with a wealth of experience across the non-league game, having built an impressive coaching and scouting CV with clubs including Welling United, Chelmsford City, Staines Town, Ashford Town, Farnham Town, and Guildford City. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for being involved and assisting with competitive, organised sides that play with intensity, ambition and a clear footballing identity.

Joining Jaemie at the club will be David Pitt, who has been appointed as Assistant Manager. The pair are looking forward to working together as they begin preparations for the new season, with further additions to the backroom team expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks as he finalises his coaching staff.

His knowledge of both the local football scene and the wider non-league pyramid makes him an exciting appointment as the club looks ahead to the new season with renewed optimism.

Speaking after agreeing to take charge, Jaemie said:

"I can't wait to get started and I'm really looking forward to this new challenge at Bagshot FC. From my conversations with everyone at the club, it's clear there is a real desire to move forward and build something exciting.

My aim is to bring a brand of football that the supporters can be proud of—positive, attacking and full of energy. I want teams to know they're in for a difficult game whenever they play Bagshot, and I want people across non-league football to start taking notice of what we're building here.

I'm delighted that David Pitt will be joining me as Assistant Manager, and we're currently putting the finishing touches to the rest of our backroom staff. Together, we're determined to create a hardworking, united environment that gives the players every opportunity to succeed.
